Andrea is amazing! I was so stressed about filing as a new business owner but she was so knowledgeable and really put me at ease. Since the owner passed this business has become unprofessional. Their receptionist have no idea of what customer service is. Felicia is rude, doesn’t have any manners and is downright disrespectful. As a single mother and a client for over 5 years I would have not expected this. It seems this company now ran by the owners children do not care about building relationships but only about their fees. Such a shame.
