I'm very frustrated with this insurance company. I don't even know where to start. I had sold my car and bought a new one a few years ago. I had spoke to Grant Landon and he was going to stop my policy with the previous car and add the new one. This didn't happen and I was paying for two car insurance policies for months. It took multiple phone calls and emails to get it resolved. Last year I canceled my home insurance policy because I had switched insurance companies. I spoke to Grant again and he was going to get it canceled. Once again, the policy was still active for several months and I was able to get ahold of Gretchan Sipma eventually and she was able to cancel it. I switched to a new car insurance company and tried canceling my policy with Arthur Sipma. I spoke with Gretchan who assured me she would get it canceled. That was several months ago. I have been paying for two insurance policies for one car. I've tried calling the office, calling Gretchan's cell phone, leaving voicemails, texting. I was calling weekly but no answer. I don't know what to do at this point other than leave bad reviews. Maybe this will get their attention.

please be very careful when doing any business with this company. They are committing fraud. Taking people's money and acting like they are taking payments for a policy. My parents are out thousands and there's no accountability from anyone in the office as to what happened with their money or policy

If I could give zero stars I would. They do not answer their phone nor do they return phone calls. We tried for two weeks with no response. Good luck if you ever need to speak with someone.
