My HP 8600 had print issues. I called HP customer service which is totally useless. I determined I needed a new print head and found this company through amazon. It arrived quickly, the price was great, the instructions were fantastic and everything is working perfectly. I highly recommend this company. Amazon will not let me leave a review on their site , so feel free to cut and paste this if you can.

Ordered a new printhead for my HP Officejet Pro. It arrived timely, had easy to follow instructions on how to replace and worked perfectly. It also saved me about 1/2 of what a new printer would have cost. Order was placed through Walmart so had an added level of assurance. Highly recommend this company.

I needed a new OEM printhead for my HP 8625 printer and found this company on Amazon. The ship time listed on Amazon was longer than what I needed so I decided to call the company direct. I spoke with Ryan Ossanlo and calling them directly was the best decision EVER! Not only did he lower the price but it was sent out that day!! I called on a Thursday morning and got the printhead on Saturday! So very impressed with their stellar customer service!!!
