We had a leak issue with the unit above us and Emry Property Solutions was quick to respond and get the leak fixed. Orlando Narvaez was especially great as he was very communicative with updates and was quick to get this issue resolved. He was very professional and made this an easy experience. Fantastic service.

I’ve needed assistance several times from EMRY to answer some questions, advice, set up appointments with our tenant, provide us vendor quotes when needed or follow up with our landscaper to make sure our yards are getting maintained. Orlando has been my go to person at EMRY. He is a great asset to EMRY!! He is on his job, gets back to me in a timely manner, always keeps me updated. If he doesn’t have an answer, he will get me one. I’m glad when it comes to calling on EMRY, I’ve got Orlando looking out for our property.

This experience with Emry Property Solutions has been a blessing , Ari and Alex have always been on top of things and very easy to communicate with them and easy to reach as well for any questions or concerns we may have. EMRY property Management was a God send for me! They are a one stop shop! From helping prepare a unit for rental to collect rent and everything in between! Orlando from EMRY was super efficient in handling work orders from tenants, keeping me informed & making sure they were handling in a timely manner.
