I recently visited the Watts branch and my experience was wonderful. The purpose of my visit was to make some minor corrections to my account and to get a new card. However, the time there felt like I was catching up with an old friend. Juan Alvarez is amazing at what he does. He was attentive, supportive, knowledgeable and experienced. He was able to assist me with getting everything that I needed within that day and the banks manager was wonderful too. She was excited about new features that were updated to the atm machine and wanted everyone to experience it. I had a great time visiting the Watts branch. It's nice to have services such as this one in an area where banking is limited.
