My experience was horrible. I called because they took money out of my account without my permission. Instead of listening to me and determining what the situation was they assumed that it was the same as every other situation and that's not good. Now I'd love to follow small claim suit to get my money back

So far with everyone that I have spoken with on the phone or in person has been really friendly and professional vary helpful other banks the people seem like they don't care about their customers but at Rize they all are fantastic I haven't had a problem since I've been with them keep up the great work thanks
