Worst customer service I’ve ever had. I’ve been with the bank over 15 years and my family has been with the bank for over 30 years and we have never been talked to so disrespectfully by Sara (manager) and Leslie at the Poway/Carmel Mountain Branch. I immediately closed the account and my whole family will be doing banking elsewhere.

Worst bank ever. Had the free checking account but yet I was charged fees constantly. They never decline purchases even when you don't have the money in your account and then charge you tons of money in fees. Fees if you change address without telling them right away. Fees for this, fees for that. I just closed my account and I'm so happy to be done with this bank. The customer service at this bank is awful. If you try to call and express your dissatisfaction of the bank with any "customer service" representatives or supervisors, they just hang up on you. This branch and all the other ones aren't satisfactory either.

I love this credit union, just not this branch. The staff could care less about customer service or making sure there customers are happy. Won't be using this branch again.

This is the best bank I've personally ever dealt with. Been banking there for years. Never had a problem. Then a few Issues popped up on my end. They showed some great mercy for me and treated me like a human being. I wouldn't want to bank anywhere else.

Went in to "confirm Identity" after I already sent a picture of it as instructed. Finally got a chance to go into the branch, was told a banker had tried to call me (lie) before that, I was requested to take my hat and glasses off, I complied, as a teller in the back laughed at me, that was my first two minutes of experience with the place, didn't bother completing the account application, I just left.

The most stuck up unaccountable manager I've ever encountered. I used to think Wells Fargo was the worst, now its SDCCU.
Also these communists wouldn't let me take out any money unless I wore a mask. I told them I was already immuned because I recovered with long term immunity, but they didn't care and pushed the policy blame on management. I told them management isn't telling me to wear a mask, you are.
This political, unscientific nazzism won't stop unless you take responsibility for it.

Try calling them... you'll go through about 5 prompts before they put you on hold for 25 minutes. I love Credit Unions, but this one has a a crappy phone system and a poor online interface only allowing you to send money to other SDCCU account holders (< .0001% of the human population). Not so great.
