You shouldn't be able to review someone you never used, but as the Uber driver Gator Gator pointed out, you can. William is a member of a tax group I am in. He is knowledgeable and adds much to the group. I personally know how that 1 question caller can turn out to be a half-hour Q&A. When you're asking what forms to use, you aren't asking for a quote, you're asking for free advise.

Looked on on online for a cpa to be my go to for my tax Needs seeing as I'm a uber driver. I said hi I'm A Uber driver and I have one question before I could ask him how much he would charge to do my taxes as a Uber driver, he said hold on wait 1 minute buddy people coming here pay me to do their taxes there's no free rides here! just like there's no free rides with Uber.
all I could say was wow I was trying to get a Quote and if I felt comfortable with him handle my finances and the Quote. I would have hired him Smh.

Just want to say that I've known of this man in a couple different capacities over the past four decades. First I met him as Bill Sturgeon, when he was the founder, then the manager, of my caps little league baseball team, in which he took the left-over kids, myself included, we were the kids the other coach's didn't want, for one reason or an other, they claimed their teams were already full, or had other excuses. So Bill was kind enough to go to bat for us convincing the league to create a thirteenth team just for us unwanted misfits. We ended up competing at the highest level in that league.
Then a decade later I bumped into him out of a purely random coincidence, and again it was truly a windfall for me, for this time he was William Sturgeon, the CPA. He noticed a file in my hand as we exchanged small talk, I told him I just left H and R Block, as I did my taxes. William insisted that i follow him straight to his office where he proceeded to display what a brilliant accountant he is as he worked on my taxes at the same time that he was also taking phone calls and fielding questions from his secretary, all the while he was non-stop punching the buttons on his adding machine. The result was astounding by comparison, H and R Block had me paying over seven hundred dollars to Uncle Sam, William Sturgeon had me receiving a FIVE THOUSAND DOLLAR Return! That was impressive to say the least! Sturgeon is a top notch accountant, he's also a man of integrity, and he has a heck of a lot of heart. He's also a VET, I think he may even be a war hero! I only wish he was running for office!
