Very disrespectful, doesn't care about people unless you make close to 2000 or more a month to even to try and help you out. You have to make enough to not even need a loan to even get anything from them.

We were approved through a home loan with a major mortgage lender but were waiting over a month for an appraisal. With no hope of closing anytime soon, we got tired of waiting and switched to the credit union. I'm so glad we did. They worked with our situation and we were able to close in 2 or 3 weeks.
