I’ve been with So Cal Insurance for over ten years and have all of my policies with them.

Originally I had only full coverage auto, then I realized all prices, service and policies - by far - surpassed every competitor, including AAA. I later added two additional policies and even had a claim five years ago.

Not only have I experienced consistent low premiums year after year, my claims experience (I was fully at fault) wasn’t at all unpleasant, nor did my premiums shoot through the roof. They actually treated me kindly and their process was so simple.

I just adore Kari, the principal owner. She’s a gal with a beautiful heart of pure gold. Her staff is incredibly awesome and professional. I recommend them 100% without question and would even send my family to them. Honest, professional, reliable, inexpensive - that’s what comes to mind when I think of So. Cal Insurance!

I recently had to file an appeal with the California FAIR board for my house in the hills of Temecula. The appeal was to avoid having to cut down an endangered species of trees on my property, and my insurance broker, Kari, was an incredible help throughout the process. She provided expert guidance and advice, and she was incredibly knowledgeable about the appeals process and the specific requirements of the FAIR board. In the end, I was able to successfully win my appeal and maintain the coverage I needed.

We've also used Kari for other insurance needs and always have found her and her team to prioritize what's best for us even if that means sending us elsewhere to get any specific coverage.
