My husband and I have been with MCFCU for over twenty year and we have never and still don’t receive the warm welcome and the great service other folks talk about. Although , I was honored to be a close personal friend of our beloved Ms. Olivia. We miss you dearly Ms. Olivia.

Love love love this Credit Union. I've been a member since 1998 and they have always treated me like a person, not a number. Professional, yet kind and curtious. I live in another State now but this it still my primary banking institution!

if you call at 4:30 you can expect to stay on hold until you figure out nobody is going to answer!!! these people got more important things to do than helping a customer!!! I waited 26min yesterday and 33min today!! if they are really that busy there should be a little extra money for more help answering phone calls...

Always frustrated by them closing early! Today at 4:56 I got a message "Our office is now closed." This has also happened to me when I have gone there in person. They lock up and close before 5:00 pm and that is very bad for someone who has rushed there and arrives before 5;00 pm.
