I could not be more disappointed by the level of intelligence, skill and customer service exhibited by one of the CPAs here. Phuong continuously provided poor work, lack of attention to detail and a continuous disrespectful and condescending tone. When you choose a CPA you are looking for a trusted advisor and partner. You do not find that here. If you are looking to be takes down to, not offered the best financial advice and to light your money on fire. This is the place to bring your financial future.

After a career spent creating long-term customer-facing relationships I am shocked by this experience. If there was zero or negative stars I would have chosen that option.

On top of this when trying to discuss this issue with the principal partner David Jacobs I was met with the same condescending rudeness. It is obvious customer service, satisfaction and tax preparation success is not a priority here. Stay away!
