I have been a customer of Allstate for less than six months. My experience so far has been very positive and satisfactory. I have worked with Sabrina who fielded my first call after which I decided to switch from my current provider to Allstate. I also added an umbrella policy. A few months later, Sabrina helped me get a renter’s insurance for my daughter’s appt. It has been a pleasure working with the local office.

They do not go to bat for you. Paid a claim for a car with rust spots where he said I hit him. Impossible. Raised my rates $60. Now Cruz car wash on 41st sprayed degreaser on my inside dials. Has to replace. Paid my deductible $250. Allstate is doing nothing but calling and sending letters. Go to the place of business. I'm canceling this month

My Allstate Review covers almost 40 years. No, Robert Varich didn't start as a teen. But my services did for auto and home. Since the beginning with Robert, he has consistently handled my moves, new vehicles, and needs with speed, needed humor, and sometimes the sweetness of a piece of candy. Rating should be a 10, but I hold out for the day he can convince the heads of Allstate to reinstate CA to my preferred carrier.
