If I could give it zero stars I would. We have lived at the Canyon Grove Condominium for almost 2 years and I have never seen or heard of the HOA being here, let alone doing what they are supposed to do. We pay $530 a month which is incredibly high, yet we fail to see what that money is actually going towards. Water and trash and some light gardening? We have been reaching out to ask for dates of HOA meetings and hear nothing back.

Another owner here has been reaching out for contacts and answers to some of the communities concerns, and have been all but completely ignored. Our community is crumbling around us, and we want some of the incredibly high HOA fees to go to some basic and routine structural maintenance. Even just a fresh coat of PAINT would be nice.

Will be posting pictures of SOME (Which there are way more) of the conditions our building is in at right now. These don't make our units very marketable. Even if our individual units are well kept and taken care of by the individual owners, the entire building itself is in a poor state.

We pay so much money each month and the building needs so much work. It's heartbreaking. Prescott needs to do the right thing. Fire the building manager and get some people in who are reachable and actually give a damn.

Prescott company is the most horrible, non communication, zero accountability. Illegal documentation for meetings. Non compliance regarding vendors. And vandalism taken place 8/2 by a vendor Prescott hired and knew where taking money and not putting forth their job and efforts . 3 years of lack of service. And we get vandalized and Prescott along with their continued mismanagement has finally done their vengeance on my property . All for speaking up for our homeowners. Lucky we have witnesses . And heard and seen it all.
DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR COMMUNITY. Or ASSOCIA .

Prescott Companies manages the Village’s of Avalon. They pay there HOA fee’s monthly but the landscaping looks terrible. They are supposed to maintain it. They stated the parts to fix the sprinklers are on back order but it’s been 8-12 months and that is simply unacceptable. The email I received from the states they will turn the water back on after it’s fixed. Dead grass and dead scrubs are not going to just grow back. I have pictures and a video of what it looks like.

We needed to change our mailing address. Customer service on the phone verified my acct#, Gave me the email address, reminded me what to include, & was very friendly & helpful.

Marilin responded to my email within 10 minutes that my mailing address was updated in their system.

Great experience. Looking forward to having newsletters & HOA meeting & ballot related mail in our PO Box in the future.
