Having just left an initial appointment (with no prior contact), I can not recommend Jasmine Corona or her team (Mark, Abby), highly enough. They were lifesavers, and I am so grateful for Abby responding to my online inquiry late yesterday and scheduling my appointment for the this morning. Although I am with Farmer's, (but previously Met Life), I did not have an actual agent. I found Jasmine online, with her office being close to my home.
Jasmine and her team displayed the level of excellent customer service that would be a joy to experience - in every situation.
Jasmine greeted me at the front door, before I even knocked and graciously introduced me to another agent, Mark, who was also very warm, genuine and friendly. It is a lovely office space and great, central location with easy access and parking.
Jasmine found and brought answers to a stressful auto incident that I had been dealing with for several months.
Jasmine was the epitome of gracious, immediately making a call on my behalf and sorting through my case, which had been left at a standstill.
Jasmine never acted rushed, but very naturally approached this situation with being present, seeking information that I had been unable to attain after trying for several months.
Shortly after my visit I received a phone call that seems to have brought the resolution for which I had worked and prayed.
Please know that you will be in excellent hands with Jasmine Corona and her team. It is my pleasure to have met them and greatly benefited from their skills, down to earth and caring style and expertise.

Jasmine and her team are wonderful! We switched to Farmers a few years back and are absolutely thrilled with the service we have received. Jasmine is so responsive when we have had to make a policy change or have a policy question. Also love that we have an agent with whom we can do an annual policy review. Excellent service!
