YOUR COMPANY AND THE PEOPLE YOU HIRE ARE LIARS AND THIEVES. YOUR MANAGER REFUSED TO TAKE MY RENT FOR THREE MINTHS THEN EVICTED ME FOR NOT PAYING THE RENT AND SOLD MY HOUSE. WHEN I BEGGED HER TO STOP THE EVICTION BECAUSE MY DADS HEALTH WAS POOR SHE REFUSED EVEN THOUGH I TOLD HER I HAD EVERYTHING SHE CLAIMED I OWED. A month later my dad died and 2 weeks after that I had to leave everything behind that I owned and then they put my house on the market for 70000. The managers of galt mobile estates at 820 north Lincoln way galt ca 95632 are crooks and liars and thieves and they are
Dangerous. The manager once jumped off his golf cart to try and beat up a resident who he didn't like. And your company only cares about raising rent. I know you do not care but if I were you I wouldn't be able to sleep at night.

I was charged a late fee I was not late because They said so I had to give them money I was accused of being belligerent violent I am no longer allowed in the office this too is not true they have threatened to evict me once verbally second time written they threaten people if you break the rules we are going to take your money or you can get out Smoke Tree mobile home states Bakersfield California I am a homeowner for 11 years I have never had a problem I am 67 years old extremely bad health and yet I am accused of all these things where is their office camera the police will find out if I was violent and belligerent call the police on me. No scare tactics are the best way to keep people in line or be homeless

We live at Rancho Grande Mobile home park in Atwater, CA. Management on site is not very respectful on following rules. For example your yard is supposed to be kept at all times., not looking like a wheat field. Another example is that you are supposed to follow a noise ordinance on your music on your car. Third example is that your animals are supposed to before your knee cap on size.
We also called Stortz office and they said they would address the issue, and in the same phrase she said that that you are selling your place what does ot matter, thier is nothing that needs done. I asked what would happen if it doesn't change. She said nothing, I am not going to do anything because what is the matteryou are selling your house.
So not wanting to respect your neighborhood is wrong.
So I guess they say they can make their own rules up at any time.
This just my opinion. I cannot exactly go into quote unquote.

We have lived in our home for about a year and a half. The lot rent has been raised twice in that time. Last summer we had the majority of the time without our pool and received no refund for the loss of that amenity. They publicize that our park has a pool and a rec room with a pool table. The only time you can get in to play pool is when the office is open which is when most people are working. This summer has been a bust for any amenity use due to COVID. I realize they can do nothing about COVID; however, it would mean a great deal to all of us who pay them an astronomical amount in lot rent to get some sort of break on our rent due to the fact that we are getting no extras during this pandemic. We have a broken front gate allowing anyone to walk in at any time. We have no security and have had cars broken into. When this was brought to the attention of the manager, we were basically told they couldn’t do anything about it. There are only so many parking spots and they should be monitored by cameras as well as security. How great would it be if they could just give us some sort of discount or refund for the months we have had no extras that were promised in our contracts. Considering how much we are paying them every month, it would not hurt them at all. Maybe they just have not considered this. Maybe this could bring this idea to their attention. Maybe they could consider NOT raising our lot rent once again as many of us have not gotten raises twice in the last year and a half. Hmmm....maybe...

Bought our park in Bakersfield in 2015, 4 successive managers and 2 rent increases so far. Mostly Seniors on fixed incomes here and some will lose their homes. This used to be the nicest place in town, no more. Promises made were not kept as far as maintenance and security. Very sad.

They're doing this all over.. I lived in Northern California. Was a nice mobile home park, Seniors! Going on 4 year.. rent has gone up every year... its now 75.00 more, For less maintenance... worse treatment!! If the park is owned by MH Village, RUN FAST, THE OTHER WAY!!
They will lie and cheat you out of Your HOME!! Worsted People I ever rented from!! They will use there Lawyer offices to take YOUR CREDIT AND YOUR HOME! Shortz management is an affiliate of "Hunter & Renfro" worst Shysters all of them!! So bad i had to get a lawyer to stop them from destroying My Good Name & My Credit report!! I mean very bad Shysters!! Google the meaning of Shysters....

I live at Country Squire Estates and I agree with all of the other reviews, nothing gets done other than increasing the rents on Seniors who live on limited incomes. Management gets worse and worse, complaints do not get heard or attended. Writing letters are a complete waste of time, because no one responds nor do they take care of situations.
