Because of our business, I have to stop by a few different banks every month. This particular bank’s customer service is wonderful. They always greet you with a smile, ask how your day’s going, and are always warm, welcoming, and professional.The other banks are very “robotic”. Could not have found a better bank. Period. They have helped us out on so many things. We’ve had our regular bank accounts with them for a couple years now. We got our mortgage through them as well. Just a great banking experience. Today, I called ahead because I was going to miss 5pm by just a couple minutes. They waited for me. That’s incredible service!

Absolutely love this bank. Tellers are kind and actually know my name! I switched to this bank after BBVA closed and struggled with PNC for 2 years. Now I will be a customer for life. Excellent customer service. Highly recommend.

They suck! A relative of mine didn't even recieve a letter that Mother Lode Bank was closing so he called the only number on the back of his atm card from Mother Lode Bank and he talked to them. Thereafter, Oak Valley Bank CLOSED his account becuase they "didn't want him as a customer." NEVER go to this bank!
