Dieses Unternehmen hat die Meiendorfer Höfe übernommen und eine Verwaltung eingestellt die im gesamten Bundesgebiet nicht schlechter bewertet werden kann. Beschwerden werden nicht bearbeitet. Die Wohnanlage verkommt, seitdem die KGAL diese Anlage übernommen hat. KGAL setzt auf talyo als Verwaltung, welche durchweg schlecht bewertet ist. Schade, dass die schöne Anlage gerade total verkommt, die nichtmal 2 Jahre alt ist. Inzwischen ziehen mehr Mieter wieder aus, als neue einziehen und das in HH wo Wohnraum knapp ist. Der KGAL geht es nur um Profit und nicht um Mieter. Man sollte sich schämen - Anwalt ist eingeschaltet! Seit Einzug übrigens nicht durchgängig Warmwasser... Reklamationen interessieren weder KGAL noch talyo. Hoffentlich wird die Immobilie bald durchgereicht. Schlimmer kann es nicht werden.

Ein Investment-Unternehmen, das in unverantwortlicher Form die Klagemöglichkeit gegen Spanien
ausnützt: Spanien mussste aufgrund der Finanzkrise des Landes seine hohen Subventionen
für Solarunternehmen kürzen. Kgal hat für seine Mandanten hohe Schadenersatzforderungen
gestellt - sogar für Solaranlagen, die erst nach Kürzung in Betrieb genommen wurden. Letzteres
klar Betrug.
Von der moralischen Schweinerei nicht zu reden.

Mehrfach gestellte, simple Anfragen an die sog. "Investorenbetreuung" werden schlichtweg ignoriert und nicht beantwortet; die zentrale Telefonvermittlung des Unternehmens ist nicht nur inkompetent sondern zusätzlich auch noch unfreundlich!....
