This is the only golden 1 in woodland located in the bel air shopping center off of gibson Road. I've been a member for years and am very pleased with the relationship banking and quality of service with this bank. The wait is never more than 10 minutes, even with a long line inside. Excellent rates on mortgage and car loan financing.

They alright. Sometimes slow getting their jobs done or they lost morale here, and they never update your information when you asked them to but still, they keep your 8 year old phone number and new phone on file. Getting a credit card takes like a month to get. Might close this branch

Golden 1 let FRAUD almost empty all of my accounts. Service on the phone and in person at the Woodland Branch was horrible and violating.

I have been with the Woodland Golden 1 branch since it opened. I try to NEVER go into this branch, because the wait line is usually very long, with only one or two tellers helping customers. Even with four tellers, which is rare, incompetent staff ask question after question of other staff, to help them with even the simplest transactions. Much better training is badly needed.
I was surprised recently, when I entered to find no one in line and two tellers to help customers. I thought for once I will get helped quickly. Wrong again! Jennifer R. was helping a customer, but Rosa R. was just talking to a friend of hers, at her window, with no bank business taking place! She never offered to help me and when Jennifer R. was through with her customer, she helped me.
Rosa was still talking to her friend when I was leaving and Jennifer had to help the next customer. This branch has always been very poorly managed and if Rosa wanted to talk with a friend, she shouldn't have done it from her teller window, with a customer waiting. Very non-professional.

Overall Golden1 is a good credit Union. This location however leaves you with a sour taste in your mouth, and a headache. The ATMs are always broken down, the tellers especially the gay sassy dude are always so rude. They swear they’re doing you a favor as if they’re giving you money from their account. The management is too nonchalant and over promising. They say it’ll be 5min and 30min later your left standing there wasting your time looking like a big dummy wondering if you’d be better off at another branch. And truth is you would.

Absolute worst customer service ever! I have a joint account with my daughter and have been trying to open a savings account for two months, but they can’t seem to figure out how I can do this. I just drove 30 minutes to go to this horrible branch and was turned away because it was 30 minutes before closing and they won’t take new accounts that close to closing. Rude and lazy staff who would rather be sure to get out on time than help a potential customer. I’ll find a place that actually wants my business!

This is hands down the worst branch EVER. The tellers are rude and dismissive, expecially Pami. They claim to be unable to provide the most basic of customer service, after waiting in a lengthy line. My issue was handled in 10 minutes by the call center after being told the clerk in the branch could not help me. I would give this branch 0 stars if I could.
