Post offer Freya was an absolute super star in assisting with moving things along and keeping us updated. Her extremely positive and welcoming demeanour was amazing as she helped us get from offer to exchange.

Rented flat Olympia Way from a great agent, but regrettable 2nd year with place kept immaculate and rent always paid in advance, Wards took over the rental. Encouraged owner to raise rent and gave us notice...never returned calls, emails replied late, left us with a dodgy washer/dryer for 6 months and boiler therefore a huge bill.....they refused to help and are basically a shower. Now moved to a much superior place through a great agency...would never rent from wards again. Many people had problems on Olympia Way with Wards. A shame they are letting their sales side down to such an extent!
