Lovely friendly store. I shop their regularly but need to now review my shopping habits!

People need to know that the store closes at 8.30pm and that the car park company GroupNexus charge £100 (£60 if u pay within 14 days) if you leave the car park after 8.30pm making it a very expensive shop.
M&S need to warn their customers that this is the case or shut their store earlier so their customer don't get caught out by this ruthless parking company like I did.
I spoke to the Manager and asked them to warn other customers. He was very understanding and said he will raise the issue. I await the company's response.

I parked in the car park for approximately 20 mins leaving the store at 8.34pm. Whilst M&S have been fantastic, judge for yourself and read the reply to my appeal from the parking company.

This store is my go to.....it is always well stocked and the shop is always clean and isles generally clear of obstacles. As a disabled person, with limited time to shop, this is important to me. The staff are always friendly and helpful, offering to gather items, taking away the need for me to walk all the way to the back of the shop.
I recommend this store to everyone and rate it 5 stars without any hesitation

I love shopping here it is my favourite place. The first thing that makes me smile is the clean and tidy trolley bay, this was before lock down. All the shelves are well stocked, the staff are happy and smiling at you, and are very helpful too. I dread the manager leaving as he has a very high standard, but as he is so good I know he will be moved on! I use the cafe too. It is Tonbridges best place to shop. No parking fees, no stress a happy place to be. Thank you

Good if you are shopping just for a few bits but not big enough for a weekly family shop
M&S so quality is good but basic items can be expensive. I tend to pop in for bread & milk and pick up a few other items and am always surprised how much it comes to

Would have given five stars as the store is very well stocked and has a friendly, helpful team. We were in the cafe, which was closing at 5 pm and after 4:30 they didn't allow toasties, only sandwiches. Would be nicer to have the cafe opened for longer and give customers warm food full time.

I only used the café and toilet facilities but both were of a good standard. The café itself was plain and simple, and staffed by just one lady. However, a simple breakfast, freshly-brewed coffee and prompt, friendly service were all that were was needed and most welcome while I waited for completion of a small service item on my car at a nearby garage.

Without doubt, I shall treat myself to another visit to the M&S café next time my car is in for service.
