Absolutely terrible service. Even if you call 10+ times a day, or email, you will never get a response. Will hold security deposit months after moving out with no reasoning/itemization receipt. In fact, when my partner and I were moving out from one of their rentals they never made contact for least month after. The reason being was that a majority of the employees quit, but no one stepped up to handle tenant requests, or even take note of anything. Be warned of this company.
