I would give 4corners zero stars if I could. Due to their mismanagement, I had to dissolve my business and ended up paying nearly $10,000 in taxes, including an IRS penalty incurred because they missed filing my extension on time as promised. Nearly three years later, I'm still in dispute with them over their unfulfilled promise to cover the penalty, which I ended up paying myself to avoid further interest. I have retained all related email communications proving their assurances. I deeply regret choosing this firm—they have left my business burdened with significant debt, and I'm extremely disappointed by their lack of consideration for small business owners.
