I called couple months back for a quote. Shanon took my info and just never called back. I called her back the next day and she apologized and said she was busy, that she would work on it right away….still never got the rate lol . This place is a joke!

Very upset with the owner's non-professional service. I heard him speaking with my family member; was very rude, and did not give him a chance to express how he felt about their service. The owner was very angry when spoken with. Please do not allow this insurance to assist you. I believe the owner needs professional development on dealing with customers who are not pleased with their service. Please re-consider other insurance brokerages.

Stay away! Don’t get fooled DO YOUR OWN HOMEWORK! Here’s my experience: I called and asked them to get me some quotes for full coverage on a 2024 Hyundai Santa Cruz. THANKFULLY I’m smart enough to do my own homework too. I found FULL COVERAGE for $121 a month. I had to call 1st Ohio Insurance back bc they didn’t have the professionalism to call me back. They quoted me: $356 down and $189 a month for the same coverage!!! What a JOKE!!!!

Lowest rates you'll find. Had an issue that shouldn't have happened after I first signed up. That's the only reason for 4 stars instead of 5. But they did resolve it promptly on the following business day, as well as followed up later to check in and get to the bottom of that situation to prevent it from happening again. Grateful for that.
